Measure bust or chest at the fullest part, waist at its natural narrowest point and hips at the fullest part. Keep the tape level without pulling it tight. Note your measurements in centimetres.

Shoes: how to measure
Measure both feet while standing, from heel to longest toe, and use the larger measurement. Width, last and heel height also affect fit. Follow the size system listed for that pair.
