Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note: During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Sweden

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Rest of Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: Varies by location

International

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: Varies by location

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs inspections, local courier operations, or peak seasonal demand.

 

Duties & Taxes

Sweden & EU Orders: All prices include VAT, and no additional customs duties will be charged upon delivery.

Non-EU European Countries (e.g. Norway, Switzerland, UK): Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

International Orders: Customs or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed, please check your tracking status first.
